No CommentsI would like to compliment Digital Hold Systems on service and production for providing both message on-hold for our phones and background music in our showroom. Your company is not only providing higher quality products with better follow up than the previous vendor, but is also saving me money which I can utilize elsewhere. Since we can now update our messages every month rather than twice per year, our service and parts department managers have reported an increase in sales with regards to specials that are featured with message on-hold. We know the promotional messaging is working!

We were quite unaware of the intensity and impact of the recorded messages until we had customers asking for products they had learned about via the recorded message.
